Wingrave Church of England School is a growing primary school at the heart of the rural Wingrave village. We are a learning community and seek to engage all stakeholders and members of the wider community to enrich the children’s learning.

As a church school we are committed to daily acts of collective worship through which we embed our values and ethos, founded in the Christian faith. The children enjoy regularly visits from church team members and celebrating in the local church, St Peter and St Paul’s.

We continue to develop a rich and varied curriculum centred on our children’s needs but most importantly we challenge the children to think about the ways we learn and therefore aim to grow life-long, resilient, curious and flexible learners.

At Wingrave Church of England School we want to create a proud, inclusive community of creativity, challenge, curiosity, love and joy. By learning new skills and knowledge, we strive to shape our lives by nurturing one another and growing together in shared spirituality and Christian values.

“The Kingdom of Heaven is like a tiny mustard seed planted in a field. It is the smallest of all seeds but becomes the largest of plants, and grows into a tree where birds can come and find shelter.”

Matthew 13:31-32
